Coach
Every morning and evening
A deliberate start, a lesson to end on, and a Friday wrap to step back: wins, misses, and what carries into Monday.
Before the first call, a private check-in with your AI Coach. One question at a time, and coaching after every answer.
What would make today count?
Name the outcome, not just the activity.
Book three discovery calls before lunch. And finally follow up with the prospect who went quiet after our proposal.
That’s an outcome you can count. Protect 9 to 11 for the calls. For the quiet prospect: what changed on their side, and what would make the next step easy to answer?
Seven minutes. Then back to work. Illustrative exchange
The hard conversation is at three. Practise it now with your AI Trainer, grounded in your own gaps and your company’s playbook.
Practice drill: the sceptical CFO
We already have a vendor for this.
Fair. What would they have to get wrong for you to look again?
Open question, strong recovery. Now try it without the “fair”: lead with curiosity, not agreement.
Try, reflect, refine. Before the stakes are real. Illustrative practice drill
When the day settles, your Coach asks what happened, and diagnoses before it prescribes.
What got in the way of today’s pace?
Two calls ran long and the follow-ups slid. I didn’t protect the block.
So it was the calendar, not the calls. What would have protected the block?
What carries into tomorrow morning?
Protect 9 to 11. Calls only.
Carried forward. It won’t raise tomorrow’s target automatically.
A lesson, kept. Illustrative exchange
Honest development needs room to be honest. Your reflections, coaching and practice are designed to live in your own private workspace, separate from employer reporting.
An admin can see how many check-ins you completed, your target attainment, and when you last checked in. Never an answer, a conversation, or the reason for a miss.
Your manager can see that you showed up. Never what you said.
These are our intended privacy boundaries. Details of data processing, retention and launch terms will be provided before early access.
Four AI roles, each with a different job, all working for one person: you.
Every morning and evening
A deliberate start, a lesson to end on, and a Friday wrap to step back: wins, misses, and what carries into Monday.
Before the conversations that matter
Practice drills with a realistic buyer, grounded in your gaps and your company’s playbook. Feedback cites the evidence it used.
Every month
A private review of your own numbers, so you walk into the real one-to-one with evidence and a plan. Yours to dispute. Yours to share, or not.
Every six months
A private AI Mentor for the longer view: your patterns, your trade-offs, your direction. It never changes a goal without you confirming it.
A sounding board before the call. A rehearsal for the hard conversation. A place to reflect when the day is done.
Support individual development with the context of your business. Give your team a place to practise, reflect and prepare.
IamSales focuses on your development as a salesperson. Sales activity and company context inform the coaching, while your focus, reflection, practice and longer-term direction stay at the centre.
Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Private Review are AI specialists with distinct roles. Today always shows your next step, so you know which one to open. They support your judgment and preparation; they don’t replace your real manager.
No. The product is designed so company-paid access does not give an employer access to private coaching responses, Mentor conversations, transcript analysis or personal development plans. If your company funds your seat, an admin can see participation and target attainment, never content. Company context is kept separate.
IamSales is opening gradually. Request early access for yourself or your team and we’ll get in touch as places become available. Launch timing and pricing have not been announced. Existing members can still sign in.
